For addresses in the continental USA, we use FedEx Ground and USPS Smart Post to ship your order. International orders, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are shipped using either USPS, UPS, or FedEx.Please be sure to have a valid email address on file. For international deliveries, applicable taxes, duties, brokerage and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and will be due upon delivery.Post Office boxes and APO addresses are shipped via USPS.

Shipping/handling charges cannot be refunded. The item must be securely packed in a padded envelope or box. Always remember to return the invoice or include your name, email, address, and phone number. A copy of the invoice is also accepted if you intend to keep the original. We will not accept COD returns or other shipment forms which require the receiver to pay a surcharge.

Putterwood will provide a replacement for any defective merchandise. Please contact our Customer Service department at 319-385-2233 within 30 days of receiving the product. We guarantee that the item delivered is free from manufacturing defects. This guarantee extends 12 months from the date of purchase.
